    We are looking for a high-performing E-Commerce Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


    The Sales and E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities for the
    organisation.
     

    QUALIFICATION :
     

    • Bachelor or Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Marketing orrelated disciplines
    • Knowledge in any of web applications, E-Commerce
    • Minimum 5 years experience in IT, or E-Commerce
    • Understand to optimizing product presence (E-Commerce tools)
    • Very comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
    • A fast learner and action/result oriented
    • Good understanding of E-Commerce tools
    • Strong management skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization
    • Self-motivated, hard working and able to work independently with strong sales drive
    • Fast learner, good interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Mandarin word processing
    • High standard of spoken and written English
    • Occasional business travel may be required
    • Understand E-Commerce a must

    JOB DESCRIPTION :
     

    • Lead sales team to achieve company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence.
    • Assist in monitoring daily stock and analyzing sales & promotions
    • Assist in other internal E-Ccommerce project
    • Assist in monitoring marketplace: Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada and Others
    • Work cross-functionally with other Team divisions to ensure online business direction & promotion plans are well excuted
    • Ensure and well-known digital marketing on Instagram and Facebook for boost traffic and awareness on E-Commerce
    • Supervising stocks for backend & frontend E-Commerce
    • Define social media strategy for E-commerce and ensure have a good demand projection for the channels
    • Monitoring campaign effectiveness
    • Establish and manage strong presence in the market place and E-Commerce.
    • Developing business concepts in accordance with the needs of the company and the market based on the results of studies and also feasibility studies than have been done
    • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in E-Commerce service and new product markets.
    • Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and achieve business targets.
    • Support new programs and management initiatives.
    • Set up the annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales target for all E-Commerce platform.
    • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website and make purchase.
    • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
    • Developing, managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
    • Utilising a range of techniques SEO, SEM and other digital advertising.
    • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
    • Continously monitor the seller centers/merchant pages and keep updating to E-Commerce Manager onthe fast moving, slow moving, out of stock item details.
    • Collaborate with E-Commerce partner to achievement target on E-Commerce.
    • Maintain account E-Commerce.
    • Lobby and handle PIC existing E-Commerce.
    • Open new relation with PIC E-Commerce

    QUALIFICATION :

    • Preferably having experience as Marketing/Sales at Distributor and Retail company (Offline & Online)
    • Understand digital tods & social media tods
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
    • Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

    • Ensuring sales achievement and growth started with regularly monitoring and evaluating sales performance
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Conducting field visit to update market situation including getting input on distribution and competitor activites
    • Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and can calculate cogs and budget
    • Indentify, evaluate and develop strategy to achieve target og market share
    • Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors
    • Develop, monitor and evaluate advertising and promotion budget to support marketing program
    • Manage brand and develop marketing mix strategy for the assigned brand, create brand positioning, develop communication and media strategy. implement marketing program, monitor and evaluate the execution, monitor and regularly control the brand performance

    • Analyze the market trend and conduct consumer study to get insight for the new product
    • New product development by doing competitor research, identifying potential cusumer target, design product differentiate, find for sales & marketing channel, setting prices and lead the new product development process
